Pleased to meet you! Ralston is part of Royal Van Wijhe Verf, a proudly independent family company, producing colourants and paints. The history of Van Wijhe as a family business traces back to its foundation in 1916. The fourth generation Marlies van Wijhe is at the helm of the family concern. Ambitious and independent as always. A position that holds many opportunities, but also calls us to do things differently, to be creative, innovate smartly and above all to maintain special business relationships with clients, partners and principals.
Sustainability is in our DNA
All colourants are developed and manufactured at our own R&D-production plants with high respect for environmental impact. “No modern sustainable future without a healthy dose of innovation” Marlies van Wijhe. We are proud to be the world’s first chemical industry awarded with a B-Corporation certificate.
Besides Decorative and Industrial, also Specialties and Tolling
The convenience of having any colour at any quantity available at the touch of a button via a tinting system is not limited to decorative and industrial coatings. We have developed specialty tinting systems for many other segments as well, special requests always trigger our creativity. Even for toll production of existing pigment pastes.
